The 2009 Annual Convocation and Dinner Dance of the U.S.A. Section of the International College of Dentists will be held this year on Friday, October 2, 2009. All ICD functions will take place on the premises of Hilton Hawaiian Village, 2005 Kalia Road, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815. We look forward to seeing you this fall as we gather to honor our new Inductees.
