Moldova The program that exists between the University of North Carolina Dental School and the Dental School in the Republic of Moldova was established in March of 2000 by ICD Fellows Robert Kriegsman and Stephen Mackler. Rice to improve and increase international relations at the student level by providing a professional and cultural exchange between dental schools in the USA and in other countries.
