ICD TO MEET IN ATLANTA -- POST TOUR TO SAVANNAH

ATLANTA

The USA Section of the ICD will hold its annual summer business meeting, followed by the Continuing Education Conference (CEC) in Atlanta, Georgia at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center. A special meeting rate of $189 per night has been negotiated with the hotel. For hotel reservations call (800) 524-0500. The business meeting will begin on Monday, July 16 and continue through July 18. The CEC will start with registration and a reception on Wednesday evening, July 18.

On July 19, Drs. Paul S. Kudyba, Jr. and A. Christian Loetscher will present a program titled "What Are The Options When The Tooth Is Lost?" from 8:30 am to 12 noon.

On the following morning, Dr. Dwight R. Weathers will lecture on the "Early Recognition and Treatment of Oral Pathology." This will be followed by a presentation of "Critical Financial Planning: Making Your Nest Egg Last." The presentations will end at 12 noon.

The tuition is FREE for all ICD Fellows; $195 for non-ICD members. Spouses and guests are invited to participate in the lectures of interest to all. Optional social events are planned for guests on Thursday, July 19 and for everyone on Saturday, July 21.

POST TOUR TO SAVANNAH

Departing Atlanta on Sunday morning, July 22 at 8:30 am, the post meeting tour will visit beautiful Savannah, GA. The cost of $807 per person double or $1,022 single includes roundtrip transfers from Atlanta to Savannah, three nights at the Doubletree Hotel, full breakfast daily, three lunches, three dinners, ground transportation in Savannah, escorts daily, tickets to Jukebox Journey, Savannah city tours and admissions, Low Country tour and admissions, dolphin cruise, tax and gratuities.

Reservations should be made prior to June 1 as a 30% increase will take effect after that date. No reservations will be accepted after July 1. As a minimum number of 25 persons are required to guarantee the Savannah post trip, prepayment is required.
