The governing authority of the ICD USA Section Foundation is the Board of Trustees (BOT). The Foundation’s Board of Trustees shall be comprised of 12 persons elected from among the Fellows in good standing of the USA Section. This includes four officers (President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President and Treasurer) and eight Trustees.
The day-to-day operation of the ICD USA Section Foundation is conducted by the various Standing Committees and Ad Hoc Committees, working with the office staff, under the direction of the Executive Committee.
