The International College of Dentists USA Section 2023 Annual Meeting, Convocation and Celebration Dinner will be held at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Hotel, 1900 East Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. We strongly encourage you to secure your hotel reservation in our ICD group block at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Hotel as soon as possible.
Our annual meeting will be held at the same time as ADA 2023 SmileCon. ADA SmileCon registration is not required to attend ICD events or to book a hotel room at the ICD headquarters hotel. Complimentary transportation will be provided by the ADA to the Orange County Convention Center for those registered for SmileCon.

We are excited to announce that the ICD USA Section is offering 8 credits (4 sessions) of Continuing Education (CE) during our 2023 Annual Meeting and Convocation in Orlando, Florida. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace will be the Headquarters hotel and is an official Walt Disney World property located directly across the street from Disney Springs. This property offers scheduled bus transportation to all Disney Parks. The special ICD group room rate is $214 plus a $25 daily resort fee ($239) for single or double occupancy plus taxes. A reservation website has been created by Hilton for our ICD Room Block.
Our ICD block of rooms will be held until September 6, 2023, or until rooms are exhausted. This special rate is offered for the dates September 30, 2023 - October 9, 2023, based on availability.
The resort fee includes:

Confirmations/Deposits: To confirm a sleeping room within the ICD room block, a first night's deposit must be secured with a valid credit card.
Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled at least five (5) days in advance of arrival to receive a deposit refund.
