The International College of Dentists USA Section and USA Section Foundation are pleased to announce the 2026 Annual Meeting, Continuing Education Programs, Convocation, and Celebration Dinner honoring our New Fellows. The meeting will be held at the beautiful Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk Hotel in San Antonio, Texas.
We are also excited to partner with two outstanding organizations this year to provide expanded continuing education opportunities. The American Association of Dental Editors & Journalists (AADEJ) will offer sessions at the Grand Hyatt on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026, and the UT San Antonio School of Dentistry - Continuing Dental Education will offer sessions at their campus on Friday, October 2, 2026 (shuttle service provided).
Registration for both organizations will be managed through their individual website. You will be notified when Registration opens for each organization.
We look forward to welcoming attendees for an engaging and memorable Annual Meeting filled with education, fellowship, and celebration.

HOUSING RESERVATIONS
A limited block of rooms at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio Riverwalk hotel have been contracted for registered attendees. Rooms are available on Wednesday, 9/30/26, Thursday, 10/1/26, Friday, 10/2/26 and Saturday, 10/3/26.Â

Total Room Rate with taxes and destination fee: $331.76

our Annual Meeting group dates based on availability. To arrive earlier than Wednesday, 9/30/26 or to extend your stay beyond Saturday, 10/3/26, please call the hotel.Â
Confirmations/Deposits: To secure a guest room within the ICD room block, a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance of arrival to avoid being charged for one night.
